Steve Carell, Keri Russell, and Other Actors Who Have Yet to Win an Emmy for Acting

It’s surprising that some of television’s most celebrated actors have yet to win an Emmy. For instance, Rhea Seehorn should have won for her role in “Better Call Saul.” Similarly, Keri Russell, known for her performance in “The Americans,” has received numerous accolades but still awaits an Emmy. Jason Bateman, with standout roles in “Arrested Development” and “Ozark,” is another notable snub, despite winning for directing.

Steve Carell’s performance in “The Office” was also overlooked; he was nominated six times without a win. Each of these actors has the opportunity to break their Emmy droughts this year, as they all have nominations. Seehorn is contending for “Pluribus,” while Russell is nominated for “The Diplomat” and for her work as a producer.

Bateman aims to shift his luck with a nod for “Black Rabbit,” while Carell is nominated for “Rooster.” With so many seasoned talents vying for Emmy recognition, it’s only a matter of time before one of them finally gets the honor they deserve.
