Céline Dion has made a triumphant return to the stage after a six-year hiatus stemming from her 2022 diagnosis of stiff-person syndrome. Performing at the Plenitude Arena in Paris, the concert featured a mix of her unforgettable hits, including “On Ne Change Pas” and “Des Milliers de Baisers.”
Dion dazzled in a stunning black Dior gown custom-made by Jonathan Anderson, echoing the iconic “Francis Poulenc” gown from Dior’s 1950 collection. Her relationship with Dior runs deep, with the singer often showcasing their designs at various events, including a previously worn hand-embroidered gown for the Paris 2024 Olympic opening ceremony.
In addition to the Dior ensemble, Dion donned a beautiful customized piece from Alaïa and later showcased a sculptural look from Schiaparelli, along with several other exquisite outfits throughout the evening. She expressed her gratitude to the audience, saying, “I made a promise to come back… here I am, singing for you and singing life!”
The concert not only marked her return but also highlighted her fashion connections with top Parisian couture houses, making it a memorable night both musically and stylistically.
