Meet Mama, this week’s Pet of the Week, and this sweet girl deserves a home as special as she is.
Mama is an incredibly good girl who is calm, gentle, and mild-mannered. She is non-reactive to both dogs and cats, making her a wonderful companion for the right family. She is 100% an inside dog and absolutely loves having a cozy couch or soft bed where she can lounge throughout the day.
Mama is potty trained as long as she is given regular opportunities to go outside. She is also leash trained and enjoys going for walks. She would do best with someone who is home most of the time. Once she feels safe and loved, Mama develops a deep and loyal bond with her person.
Mama has been spayed, her vaccines are current, and she is on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She is also almost completely recovered from heartworm treatment. This sweet girl has had a hard year, and what she needs now is a fresh start.
She needs a safe home, a soft place to land, and someone who will give her the love she deserves. Mama has so much love to give, and all she needs is someone willing to give her a chance.
