HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — After grappling with gluten intolerance for over ten years, Kimberly Ritch from Bridgewater decided to launch All Goodness No Gluten out of sheer frustration. Her experiences highlighted the challenge of finding suitable gluten-free options all in one place.
“I constantly feel frustrated that I can’t find everything I want in a single location. I often have to ‘settle’ for what is available at different stores,” Ritch shared with Patch. “As a working mom, I don’t have the luxury of spending hours searching for my favorite gluten-free products.”
To address this issue, Ritch opened All Goodness No Gluten in Hillsborough, aiming to make 100% gluten-free products easily accessible for those with dietary restrictions.
“I envision expanding our offerings to provide a wide variety of gluten-free products so that individuals like me can find everything they need in one spot,” Ritch said.
The store offers a subscription service and one-time orders with delivery available throughout Somerset County and select nearby towns.
“We are also eager to assist those outside of our delivery area on a case-by-case basis. For instance, there’s a group located about 45 minutes away interested in our services, and we are working on coordinating regular deliveries for them once we have enough customers on board,” Ritch explained.
The inventory includes essential grocery staples such as breads, pastas, snacks, baked goods, frozen meals, and baking mixes.
Ritch is also dedicated to sourcing unique specialty items that customers might find hard to obtain. The business proudly carries both popular national brands and beloved local favorites.
“Our aim is to assist in developing a local gluten-free community, so we are collaborating with gluten-free manufacturers to strengthen our local supply chain,” Ritch noted.
“Moreover, we want to foster a sense of community, allowing customers to come to us with requests, and we’ll do our best to provide those products,” Ritch added.
