Rosanne Cash Delays Tour Dates Due to Health Emergency

Rosanne Cash is currently pausing performances on her doctors’ orders due to an unexpected medical emergency. Her management team announced this on social media, indicating that she has been advised to limit travel and performing temporarily. This will affect her scheduled shows in Wyoming and Montana, which she regrets having to cancel.

Despite this setback, Cash is still expected to perform at the Sunken Lands Songwriting Circle in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on September 19. She and her husband, John Leventhal, plan to take the tour to Europe in October 2026, followed by a performance at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on November 9. After a holiday break, she will have shows in California in January.

Details regarding her medical condition remain private, and her representatives have not provided further comment. Cash previously underwent brain surgery in 2007 due to a Stage 1 Chiari malformation, which affected her balance and caused headaches.
