The newly constructed Olive Street Apartments, located at 700 N. 24th St. in Rogers, features 60 units across three stories and represents an investment of approximately $13 million in attainable housing. This initiative has been supported by the Walton Family Foundation and developed by the Bentonville-based nonprofit Community Development Northwest Arkansas. Project collaborators include Burckart Construction Inc., Halff, and Henry Architecture.
