Nashville, TN – Travel + Leisure Co. has announced the opening of Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville, the first fully branded destination of its kind, located on Music Row. After a complete renovation, the 185-unit resort aims to enhance Nashville’s hospitality landscape while supporting over 75 local jobs.

The resort is designed to connect travelers with the vibrant sports, entertainment, and cultural scenes in Nashville. Nashville’s Growth as a Sports Hub
Nashville’s emergence as a sports haven complements the launch of Sports Illustrated Resorts. According to the Nashville Sports Council, events have generated over $1.5 billion in economic impact, attracting close to 1.2 million hotel nights.
The resort’s prime location—just a mile from downtown—places guests near various professional and collegiate sporting events, live music venues, and other entertainment options.
Amenities Built for Fans
The resort features 185 modern studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, complete with full kitchens and convenient in-unit laundry facilities. Its renovations include:
- An SI Fit gym
- A sports bar
- A game room
- A pool deck tailored for gameday gatherings
Additional attractions include social spaces and an onsite sports concierge, offering access to local games and events.
Job Opportunities and Future Developments
The property currently employs about 50–60 full-time staff, with more jobs supported through partnerships in housekeeping and dining. A final construction phase is underway, introducing features like a valet experience and an expanded tailgate deck, expected to conclude by November 2026.
