During a live edition of The Rest Is Entertainment in London, Osman and journalist Marina Hyde discussed how the new contestants feel the pressure to match the first season’s success, which attracted 15.4 million viewers for its finale. Celebrity participants will include James Acaster, James Blunt, Maya Jama, Michael Sheen, Miranda Hart, Romesh Ranganathan, and Ross Kemp, competing for up to £100,000 for charity.
Osman hinted at a premiere date of September 23, despite it reportedly being under embargo. The upcoming season promises to deliver a more competitive and intense game.
