Road Construction Update for Woodbury Schools

Delays Expected
Road construction is ongoing near several Woodbury schools. Expect delays and challenges for bus routes, drop-offs, and parking at the high schools. Please drive with caution.

Openings

  • Woodlane Drive: Now open to traffic in both directions from Courtly Road to Bailey Road.
  • Bailey Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway Roundabout: Open with permanent lighting installation scheduled for October.

Closures

  • Woodlane Drive: Flagging operations continue between Sherwood and Stratford roads, with paving scheduled for the end of the week.
  • Woodlane and Wooddale Drive Intersection: Temporarily operating as an all-way stop for traffic signal improvements.
  • Woodlane Drive (Wooddale Drive to Courtly Road): Open only to southbound traffic; access to businesses is maintained.
  • Woodbury Drive (County Road 19): Closed from just north of Valley Creek Road to Bridgewater Parkway for about three more weeks due to water main installation.
  • Left Turn Prohibition: Southbound drivers on Woodbury Drive cannot turn left onto Eagle Valley Drive through September 10 due to utility work. Detours lead drivers to Edgewater Drive for a U-turn.

Trails and Paths

  • The trail on the east side of Woodlane Drive is mostly open, with a detour around a short segment near the stormwater basin construction area. Detour via Sherwood Road, Camelot Drive, and Stratford Road. Paving is expected at the end of the week.
