Get your heart pumping and burn calories in this lively aquatic fitness class. Our skilled instructors provide modifications to accommodate various fitness levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy a fulfilling workout.

**Class Structure:**

**First Half:** Dive into the deep water equipped with a swim belt, where you’ll engage in cardio-focused exercises to elevate your heart rate.

**Second Half:** Transition to the shallow end and tone your muscles using water weights for added resistance.

**Duration:** Enjoy 45 minutes of invigorating movement, followed by a 5-minute stretch and cool-down session.

**What to Bring:** We recommend bringing a swim belt and water weights to enhance your experience.

**Instructor:** Betsy Spica, a Certified Swim Instructor and ACE Personal Trainer, will lead the session.
