The Game & Geek Expo is back in Raleigh for its second year, offering family-friendly fun for all ages. Held at the Raleigh Convention Center, the event showcases the vibrant gaming community in the region.
This year’s expo features an expanded array of activities, including appearances from WWE Hall of Famers Ted DiBiase and D-Von Dudley, e-sports competitions, a cosplay contest, and over 150 vendors selling gaming merchandise.
Attendees can enjoy a dedicated Kid Zone with free-to-play games, a Pokémon area with special events, and spaces for tabletop and board games. Additionally, participants can compete for scholarships totaling over $500,000 for various educational programs, including e-sports.
Organized by Raleigh Retro Gamers LLC, this event brings together fans of retro and modern gaming, fostering a strong community around gaming culture.
