Labour demands Farage take responsibility for foreign funding controversy | Entertainment

The Labour Party has called on Nigel Farage to take responsibility for recent allegations regarding illicit funding involving his Reform UK party. This follows a BBC interview in which Farage denied claims that his party received foreign donations, despite reports that two of his aides were suspended for discussing ways to bypass financial rules. Labour chair Bridget Phillipson accused Farage of desperate deflection and stated that the scandal renders him unfit for office. Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds highlighted the seriousness of the allegations, asserting they warrant police investigation. Both Labour and the Liberal Democrats have reported the funding concerns to the authorities.
