Peacock Developing a Revamped Version of ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’

Peacock is set to launch a new edition of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, titled Get Me Out of Here, featuring Love Island UK star Maura Higgins and Love Island USA star Rob Rausch as hosts. The show, which debuts in 2027, will pair celebrity contestants with non-famous friends or family members for a series of challenges in a rugged jungle setting. According to a press release, the series aims to put “the ultimate test of friendship” to the test, stripping away luxury and forcing the duos to rely on each other to navigate various hurdles.

Each pair will face physical and psychological challenges to avoid elimination, with the final team standing competing for a $100,000 prize. The original I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here has been airing in the UK since 2002, with past American versions produced by ABC in 2003 and NBC in 2009.
