Nestlé is selling its supplement brands, including Nature’s Bounty and Osteo Bi-Flex, to Yellow Wood Partners for $1 billion. This move aligns with its strategy to focus on its core areas: coffee, pet care, nutrition, and food. The supplements generated about $1.2 billion in sales last year and the transaction is expected to close by mid-2027, pending regulatory approval. CEO Philipp Navratil emphasized a shift towards premium, science-led products, while Yellow Wood believes these brands can grow independently.
