Big Tigger Cleared of Aggravated Battery and Child Cruelty Charges

Big Tigger, whose real name is Darian Morgan, will not be prosecuted for aggravated battery and third-degree child cruelty charges after the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office decided to drop the case stemming from a May 9 incident involving his wife, Alicia Brown.

The incident escalated from a dispute over text messages, leading to an alleged physical confrontation where Brown claimed Morgan tackled her, causing serious injury. Despite the allegations, Tigger firmly denied any wrongdoing.

Morgan was arrested shortly after the incident but was released the same day. He stepped back from his role as host of The Big Tigger Morning Show on V-103 amidst these allegations. Complications arose with disputed ring camera footage and accusations from Brown regarding pressure to recant her claims.

In parallel legal troubles, Brown was also arrested on unrelated charges in a separate case. Tigger has remained mostly silent since the news broke, apart from reposting updates on social media.
