ITV’s The Box: Everything You Need to Know
The Box premieres tonight, September 5, featuring an exciting lineup of celebrity contestants. Participants will face a variety of physical, mental, and logical challenges while trapped in yellow boxes transported to undisclosed locations.
Competition Format
- Each episode challenges contestants to decipher their tasks quickly.
- At the end of each episode, the two lowest performers compete in The Duel, with the loser being eliminated and the winner remaining in the competition.
