The Experts Only Festival will be hosting afterparties at Pacha New York on September 19 and 20, following the two-day electronic music festival at Randall’s Island. These events will take place from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. at Pacha in East Williamsburg, and attendees must be 21 or older.
