Fractal Gaming Group AB (publ) has announced that Hanna Mannberg has resigned from her position on the Board of Directors at her own request, effective immediately. Following her departure, the Board now has four members, maintaining the required minimum of three as outlined in the Articles of Association.
Hannes Wallin, Chairman of the Board, expressed gratitude for Mannberg’s contributions and wished her well. The Nomination Committee will assess the future composition of the Board.
