West Monroe, La. has officially established a new “Downtown West Monroe Entertainment District,” allowing outdoor alcohol consumption in select areas. This decision follows a vote by the Board of Aldermen and takes effect on September 15. Adults 21 and older can now purchase drinks from participating establishments and stroll outdoors daily between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
