Xbox Introduces Monthly Time Restrictions for Cloud Gaming

In November, Microsoft will introduce monthly cloud-gaming limits for its Xbox Game Pass plans. Currently, subscribers can stream games without a time limit, but going forward, Game Pass Ultimate will allow 15 hours of cloud gaming for $22.99 a month, Premium members will have 10 hours for $14.99, and Essential members will get 5 hours for $9.99. Additional hours can be purchased through the Xbox Store. This change aims to address the increasing costs of providing cloud gaming, which the company estimates will affect about 4% of its subscribers.
