Clergy Member Sues MBTA Due to Ongoing Travel Delays and Unsatisfactory Conditions – Boston 25 News

A reverend from Cambridge, Rev. Zachariah Tringali, is suing the MBTA following a trip on the Red Line that took over two hours. The delays, attributed to signal disruptions and overcrowding, occurred on August 10. Tringali relies heavily on the MBTA for transportation and reported issues with non-functioning air conditioning on the subway. He claims these delays have impacted his public ministry. The lawsuit highlights recurring failures in the transit system. Boston 25 News has reached out to the MBTA for a comment.
