BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNP Paribas AM) has appointed four new Chief Investment Officers to enhance its investment platform, effective September 1, 2026. These changes align with the firm’s AMplify 2030 strategic plan and are aimed at strengthening its fund management and solutions capabilities.
Rob Gambi, the Global Head of Investments, emphasized that these appointments are pivotal for scaling operations and enhancing client focus while fostering innovation.

- Position: Deputy Global Head of Investments, Chief Investment Officer & Global Head of Fundamental Active Equity.
- Background: Joined BNP Paribas AM in 2008; previously held roles at MM Asset Management and Mercer Investment Consulting.

Olivier de Larouzière:
- Position: Chief Investment Officer & Global Head of Fixed Income.
- Background: Joined BNP Paribas AM in 2019; formerly co-CIO at Ostrum Asset Management and held various roles at Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management.

- Position: Chief Investment Officer & Global Head of Multi-Asset.
- Background: Joined post-AXA IM acquisition in 2025; previously held leadership roles at AXA IM, including Global Head of Multi-Asset.
