A new Mexican restaurant is planned for South Street, and the Mou Flea Market is set to reopen after a fire.
Total Automotive’s owner, Ronnie LaFleur, noted the demand for an auto parts store and has already seen job growth in the community. Mamou’s Mayor, Leisa Deshotel, emphasized that new businesses not only provide economic benefits but also enhance community vitality, attract visitors, and strengthen the town’s tax base.
