An interactive session called Travel for Life, aimed at those aged 50 and over, will be held at Barnoldswick Library on Monday, August 17, from 2 PM to 3 PM. Delivered by Lancashire Road Safety Officers, the session provides advice on staying safe and independent on the roads. Friends of Barnoldswick Library will offer refreshments, and no booking is required.
Additionally, the West Craven Probus Club will meet at St Joseph’s Community Centre, Barnoldswick, on Tuesday, August 18, at 10 AM. Peter Watson will speak on “Protect & Survive – Charms, Talisman, and Analects.” New members are welcome, and anyone interested is encouraged to attend.
