This service, available on chartered Gulfstream GV jets, prioritizes pet comfort and reduces stress during travel without cages or separation anxiety. Founder Jamie Everett emphasized the emotional benefits of this approach, especially as the pet travel market continues to grow, projected to reach $500 billion by 2030.
In addition to ‘Biscuit Class’, Vicuna offers ‘Biscuit Class Plus’ for complete concierge service and ‘Furs Class’ for pets traveling with their owners. Routes currently include major cities like London, New York, and Dubai, with more destinations added based on demand.
