Shlomo Aron Joins Bennett Realty & Development as Investment Associate

Bennett Realty & Development has announced the appointment of Shlomo Aron as an investment associate in their Holmdel-based brokerage team.
In his new position, Aron will concentrate on advising private investors, family offices, and property owners on acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term investment strategies. He specializes in daycare properties, pet-related daycare facilities, and net-leased retail assets. Aron will collaborate with both independent owners and institutional investors to deliver comprehensive investment strategies and market insights throughout all stages of the transaction process.
Throughout his career, Aron has successfully closed more than $60 million in transactions.
