What’s the Offer?
Unlimited Free Travel: Children aged 5 to 15 can travel for free on Bee Network bus services without the need for registration. When boarding the bus, simply ask the driver for a free ticket.

- Available Throughout August: This initiative is part of the Government’s Great British Summer Savings campaign, allowing children in this age bracket to enjoy free bus travel all month long.

- Boost for 16-Year-Olds: From August 1, 16-year-olds can activate their Our Pass one month earlier than usual, ensuring that all young people under 18 can travel free during August.
- Children Under 5: Already travel for free on Bee Network buses all year round.
Fran Wilkinson, the customer and growth director at Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), emphasized the importance of making travel more affordable for families during the summer holidays. In addition to free bus travel, Our Pass holders enjoy discounts, like half-price off-peak tram tickets through the Bee Network app.
Eligibility
- Any young person aged between 16 and 18 on August 31, 2026, can apply for the digital Our Pass, available for a one-off £10 fee.
