Inquirer food critic Craig LaBan visited Barclay Pies in Cherry Hill and discovered a new standard of gluten-free pizza in the region. The owners created a unique crust with a bit of cornmeal for crunch and a frico cheese band around the edges. Visit for both standard and gluten-free pies, with the latter now accounting for a third of sales.
Local Developments
Cherry Hill has officially banned large-scale data centers, aiming to prevent future issues as AI technology evolves. Mayor David Fleisher noted, “We don’t think that Cherry Hill should be a guinea pig.”
Gov. Mikie Sherrill revealed that about 2,000 registered voters, initially flagged as noncitizens, may actually be citizens following a software glitch.
