Siegwerk is implementing its “Formula 2030” growth strategy with a significant investment program. In 2025, the company plans to double its usual annual investment, allocating over EUR 300 million in the next five years to enhance its global presence, technical capabilities, and operational processes through automation and digitalization.
A notable investment in 2025 was the acquisition of Allinova, which strengthened Siegwerk’s offerings in functional coatings, particularly water-based dispersions, and facilitated capacity expansion in India to support Allinova’s developments in Asia.
Siegwerk’s regional expansion included opening a new site in Dubai and acquiring land in Indonesia for future growth. Additionally, the company is reconstructing its Bhiwadi site in India to become its largest global Centre of Excellence.
Infrastructure improvements entail new production facilities in Germany and the US, warehouse expansions, and major IT upgrades.
CEO Nicolas Wiedmann emphasized the company’s commitment to strengthening capabilities and market positions through strategic acquisitions and infrastructure initiatives.
In 2026, the acquisition of Hi-Tech Inks further solidified Siegwerk’s dominance in India’s flexible packaging sector, together capturing over 20% of the local market.
