The Tables at Fireside is a reservation-only, prix-fixe experience featuring four consecutive all-you-can-eat courses curated under the talented Chef Uri Elbaum, who has made a name for himself in the kosher culinary scene.
- First Course: Ten different small appetizers will arrive at your table within just 45 seconds of seating.
- Second Course: A distinctive hot pot, unlike traditional broth soups, promises a unique flavor experience.
- Third Course: The highlight is Korean barbecue with a rotating selection of meat, including steak, short ribs, and chicken, grilled right at your table.
- Fourth Course: The meal concludes with an all-you-can-eat dessert and ice cream.
Pricing: $150 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), which includes all courses and water. Cocktails are available for an additional charge.
Meet the Chef: Uri Elbaum
Chef Uri Elbaum is a recognizable name in the culinary world, famed for his appearance on Hell’s Kitchen. With a background stemming from Buenos Aires, he has held executive chef positions at several distinguished kosher restaurants before leading the kitchen at Fireside in Monsey.
Getting In
Reservations are essential and must be made for at least four guests, with diners aged 16 and up welcome. Due to high demand, a two-month waitlist exists. Reservations can only be made via WhatsApp.
