Oracle Enhances AI Agent Studio with New Applications Builder and Workflow Tools

Oracle has unveiled significant enhancements to its AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, including the introduction of the Agentic Applications Builder. This update brings improved workflow orchestration, content intelligence, contextual memory, and ROI measurement features. These advancements aim to support organizations in transitioning from experimental AI projects to the deployment of scalable, outcome-focused AI systems throughout their operations.

The enhanced platform allows businesses to create, connect, and utilize AI agents and agentic applications using natural language, eliminating the need for traditional programming skills. These AI agents can reason autonomously, carry out multi-step processes across various enterprise systems, and evolve continuously through contextual awareness. Oracle underscores that the platform is designed with enterprise-grade governance, security, and observability to ensure responsible AI implementation and measurable results.

A key new feature is the Agentic Applications Builder, which enables users to construct applications using agents from Oracle, partners, and third-party sources. This system facilitates workflow orchestration across complex operations, allowing for seamless coordination between multiple agents equipped with built-in logic, rules, and human oversight.

Additional improvements include content intelligence that transforms both unstructured and structured enterprise data into actionable insights, and contextual memory that lets agents retain and share relevant information across various tasks and workflows. The platform also introduces multimodal large language model capabilities, allowing agents to handle and generate outputs in text, images, audio, and video formats.

To aid in deployment and scaling, Oracle has incorporated monitoring and observability tools, including a prompt playground for testing and refining agent behaviors. Moreover, a new ROI dashboard provides insights into business impacts, such as time savings, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements.

Oracle reports that over 63,000 certified experts have been trained on AI Agent Studio, helping organizations identify applicable use cases and expedite their implementation. The platform is available at no additional cost to Oracle Fusion Applications clients and integrates seamlessly with Oracle’s ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX systems.

These updates represent Oracle’s commitment to enabling fully autonomous enterprise operations, where AI agents not only assist users but also actively manage business processes on a large scale.
