The platform features an AI disclosure analysis that highlights potential red flags along with a comparative feature that organizes data on similar homes in a user-friendly dashboard.
For Paul Chou, one of three recent homeowners in North Texas who utilized TurboHome, the experience was refreshingly straightforward.
“Their interface was very intuitive; I just had to sign up and indicate that I was in search of a new home,” Chou mentioned in a Fox 4 interview.
As a repeat buyer, Chou found the process more seamless than the conventional route. “It was a remarkably better experience because you have the flexibility to choose the properties you want to see, and their team is there for support,” he stated.
