Some individuals opt for multivitamins to address dietary restrictions or absorption issues commonly associated with aging, as well as to meet increased nutrient requirements.

Many believe that multivitamins can enhance immunity, boost bone health, and even promote skin regeneration, among other perceived advantages.

But is it really worthwhile to spend money on these supplements?

Under the YouTube channel Tech Workplace, the content creator shared that he had been feeling a bit down, experiencing dark circles under his eyes and dryness on his scalp.

He suspected that these issues might stem from vitamin deficiencies, prompting him to embark on a 30-day journey of taking multivitamins to see if they could provide some relief.

Day One

On his first day of taking the supplement, he didn’t notice any significant changes; however, he mentioned that while some effects might be felt within hours, it usually takes a week or two for the benefits to surface.

Experts at Boots indicate that it can even take one to three months to notice a difference.

In the video, he reiterated that essential vitamins can generally be obtained from a balanced diet, and multivitamins are more suited for those with specific dietary deficiencies.

Day Eight

By the eighth day, the YouTuber remarked, “I wish there were more noticeable physical changes.” He still had the dark circles around his eyes but noted feeling more energetic, which was promising.

Blood tests revealed he was deficient in vitamin D and B6, a finding he expected given his vegan lifestyle.

“I’m hoping my levels will improve as I continue taking the vitamins and feel better soon,” he expressed.

Day Twenty

“I genuinely feel like I have more energy. I’ve really enjoyed exercising and even went rock climbing a couple of times, which was a lot of fun,” the tech YouTuber shared.

At this point, he began to notice some physical improvements as well.

Day Thirty

On the final day, after comparing results, he observed that there weren’t any significant visible changes, despite noticing a reduction in scalp dryness.

“My beard is a bit longer in this comparison, but physically, I still see those dark spots under my eyes. However, the scalp flakiness has completely disappeared,” he commented.

He mentioned having taken omega-3 supplements for that particular issue, adding, “It seems that this combination has helped resolve the problem.”

While acknowledging his increase in energy, he added, “I can’t definitively say it’s solely because of the multivitamins, but I definitely have much more energy for my daily workouts.”

Ultimately, the YouTuber expressed his intention to continue taking multivitamins due to the increase in his energy levels, although he did not endorse any specific brand.
