Jeremy’s journalism journey began in 2006 at CTV, Canada’s most prominent television network. Initially captivating viewers as an entertainment reporter, he later shifted his focus to business journalism, particularly emphasizing mining and small-cap companies. His insightful analysis of macro-financial trends and market developments made him a highly regarded commentator on CTV Morning Live, as well as a regular contributor on CTV News Network.

One of the highlights of Jeremy’s career was his coverage of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, where he showcased the vibrant Olympic community and hosted segments from various country houses during the events. Leveraging this experience, he went on to develop an innovative online video news program for PressReader, helping to steer the company in a new and exciting direction. PressReader serves as a digital newsstand, offering access to 8,000 editions of newspapers and magazines in 60 languages across more than 120 countries.

In 2012, Jeremy took a bold step into the digital media space by launching The Green Scene Podcast, which quickly amassed over 400,000 subscribers and solidified his reputation as a prominent voice in the burgeoning cannabis industry. Following that success, he initiated Investor Scene and Initiate Research, two platforms offering exclusive insights and opportunities related to market trends and developments in mining and Canadian small-cap ventures.

Additionally, Jeremy has served as a market strategist and investor relations consultant for several publicly traded companies across various sectors, including mining, energy, consumer packaged goods, and technology.

A graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Jeremy’s educational background laid the foundation for his diverse and dynamic career.
