New Healthy Takeaway Opens in Lynn

A fresh and nutritious takeaway spot has launched in Lynn, providing high-protein meals perfect for those on the move.

I&M Fresh, situated on the North Lynn industrial estate, opened its doors yesterday. The venue is the creation of Ivelin Georgiev and his partner Mimi Georgieva, who developed the concept together, inspired by their mutual commitment to health and wellness.

Their goal is to offer “clean, nutritious, high-quality meals that enhance both physical and mental performance.”

However, I&M Fresh caters not just to fitness enthusiasts. Ivelin emphasizes that it is designed for everyone, including police officers, office workers, healthcare staff, tradespeople, students, and busy families.

“We observed that many individuals working long shifts or in demanding roles often lack access to healthy food options nearby,” Ivelin shared with Lynn News.

“The cold hard truth is that many fast food choices are often heavy and greasy. During a hectic workday, particularly in high-stress jobs, people frequently resort to foods that leave them feeling fatigued, sluggish, and unfocused.

“We strongly believe that our diet directly influences how we think, feel, and perform. In a way, we become reflections of what we consume.”

The duo aims to simplify daily life by providing “tasty, satisfying, and nutritious meals” that nourish both body and mind—without compromising on flavor or convenience.

Ivelin and Mimi seek to help people steer clear of brain fog and post-meal drowsiness, maintain focus while working, stay energized throughout the day, and cultivate healthier long-term eating habits.

I&M Fresh offers a variety of freshly prepared meals, high-protein dishes, meal prep options, nutritious sandwiches and bowls, protein shakes, smoothies, and supplements designed to support fitness and wellbeing.
