A selection of protein bowls, wraps and juices are on the menu
A new healthy eatery in Leicester aims to provide a delightful culinary experience centered on wellness, offering a variety of nutritious options under the motto of making “wellness delicious.”
Dupe, located on Francis Street in Stoneygate, opened its doors on February 6. The establishment is dedicated to serving “wholesome and tasty” dishes that encourage a healthy lifestyle.
The menu features a variety of bowls, sandwiches, and wraps. Customers can indulge in acai bowls or opt for matcha and vanilla protein bowls, enhanced with fresh fruit, chia seeds, and peanut butter.
Other bowl options include chicken, steak, and sweet potato, served alongside rice and greens, among other ingredients. Additionally, there are sandwich and wrap options featuring steak, chicken, or tuna.
In addition to hot beverages, Dupe offers a range of shots and juices, including a refreshing “glass skin” juice consisting of green apple, kiwi, celery, and cucumber.
The shots include a “collagen” option made from beetroot, orange, and carrot, as well as invigorating “hot shots” like a ginger iced cube featuring ginger, cayenne pepper, and lemon.
The eatery also provides “protein treat balls,” crafted from protein powder and other nutritious ingredients, available in delectable flavors like Oreo, Snickers, and Biscoff.
Dupe emphasizes healthy and fast-casual dining, with meals made fresh to accommodate high-protein, keto, and gluten-free diets. The eatery aims to offer convenience for busy lifestyles, making it an ideal stop for post-workout nourishment or simply for those seeking feel-good meals.
Founder Saffiya Kasak stated, “Our philosophy is that wellness should be delicious, powered by real food. Our health-forward menu aligns perfectly with the lifestyle our customers value most.”
