A couple from San Francisco, Sebastian Kennerknecht, 41, and Rachel Tobias, 37, have embarked on a remarkable journey to photograph every wildcat species across 33 countries. To date, they have successfully captured images of 39 out of the 40 species, including iconic ones like lions and tigers, as well as the more elusive Pallas’s cat. By utilizing camera traps, they aim to increase awareness and support for conservation efforts, with only the Northern Oncilla left to photograph.
