The Barktoberfest Pet Fair took place in Macungie Memorial Park on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This annual event, which began in 2009, celebrates fall and brings together pet lovers and their furry friends. Highlights included a free dog agility course and a stunt dog show featuring frisbee tricks, stunts, and canine basketball.
Food trucks, Roasties and Tint Temptations, were present, providing tasty options for attendees. The fair promotes local rescues and provides opportunities for pet owners to find new fashions, pet services, and various pet-related items from vendors. As the website notes, “It’s always a great day to be a dog at Barktoberfest!”
