North Myrtle Beach Celebrates NMB Live!
On Saturday, September 26, North Myrtle Beach transformed into a vibrant hub of music and excitement for the annual NMB Live! festival. The celebration, which took place along Main Street, was filled with laughter, food, and fun for both residents and visitors.
A Day of Music and Entertainment
The free festival featured performances across three stages, showcasing a variety of musical genres. Attendees enjoyed acts such as NMB Performing Arts, Yacht Rock Radio, and Whiskey Run at the High Tide Stage, while the Rising Tide Stage offered tribute performances like “The Best of Everything” honoring Tom Petty. Additionally, the Low Tide Stage played host to Spare Change and Trae Pierce & the T-Stones, along with lively competitions during the Main Street Showdowns.
Food and Family Fun
Food lovers were treated to a rich selection from over 150 vendors, including local restaurants and food trucks. Families especially enjoyed the NMB Live! Kids Zone, which included rides, games, and unique attractions like the Bubble Fairies and juggling shows that captivated younger festival-goers.
Joey Pitsi, who considers North Myrtle Beach his second home, expressed his enthusiasm for the event. “I love North Myrtle Beach. This is truly my second home,” he shared, ready for a day of music and people-watching.
