Warning, Celebrity Traitors spoilers ahead!
When she’s not plotting murders in The Celebrity Traitors castle, Maya Jama can retreat somewhere altogether more peaceful: her own cosy cottage in the Cotswolds.
The presenter, according to The Sun, bought the three-bedroom property near Chipping Norton for £520,000 in December 2025. Holidaymakers don’t need an invitation to a secret conclave to get inside, either – it seems the country hideaway is available to rent through Airbnb and Booking.com.

The cottage combines traditional Cotswolds character with stylish contemporary details – somewhat different from the austere Traitors castle.
In the kitchen, an original exposed beam adds character, while dark cabinets, white metro tiles, and a patterned floor give the traditional space a modern edge. A rustic wooden table offers plenty of room for relaxed meals – or the occasional strategy session.

Upstairs, the bedroom feels warm and inviting. Relaxed furnishings and a collection of framed prints add color and personality, creating a cozy retreat for Faithfuls and Traitors alike.

Outside, the cottage’s honey-colored stone walls enclose a private gravel courtyard. A long table with seating for six makes it a lovely spot for lunch in the sunshine or drinks as evening falls—no plotting required.
Its position near Chipping Norton makes it a useful base for exploring the northern Cotswolds, with historic market towns, honey-stone villages, country walks, and traditional pubs all within reach.
Prices vary according to dates and availability, with stays previously advertised from around £374 a night and peak rates reported to reach £490.
Whether guests arrive as Faithfuls or Traitors, there is little mystery surrounding the cottage’s appeal: it offers a cosy country escape with plenty of character – and nobody faces banishment at breakfast.
