Meet Rocky and Malone: CVAS Pets of the Week
Rocky and Malone are this week’s featured pets from the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter. Both of these wonderful animals are looking for their forever homes.
About the Shelter
The Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter is filled with adorable pets seeking loving families. While Rocky and Malone are eager to meet you, there’s a whole host of other animals hoping for the same. Visit the CVAS website to see all their residents.
Adoption Information
Adoptions are now by appointment only, which has worked well for the shelter. Generous donors have also contributed supplies and funds, essential for supporting homeless animals. If you’re interested in adopting, you can call 717-263-5791 for more information.
Meet Rocky
Rocky is a 2-year-old bulldog mix who is full of love. He was found as a stray and had to be trapped to be rescued. Rocky does well with cats (with supervised introductions) and knows commands like “sit” and “shake.” He must meet all family members before adoption. Can you offer Rocky a loving home?
Location: CVAS, 5051 Letterkenny Road West, Chambersburg, PA
Kennel License: #2090
Meet Malone
Malone is a 5-year-old brown tabby with white markings. He was surrendered to the shelter after his owner passed away. Initially shy, Malone has made great strides and now loves attention. He is ready to make someone a perfect companion.
