Christine Quaiff is a dedicated lost pet recovery specialist based in Richmond, Virginia, who passionately tracks and traps lost pets, often for free. Over the years, she has successfully found dozens of lost dogs, believing it’s vital to help others as she would want to be helped.
Her recent case involved two Goldendoodles, Bailee and Tobey, owned by Annie Olup, a 66-year-old woman who had recently lost her husband. Following a car accident in September 2024, where Annie’s dogs went missing, Quaiff enlisted high-tech tools like drones and trail cameras to track them down while managing her day job.
Her relentless efforts culminated in a joyful reunion: 10 days to find Tobey and 16 days for Bailee. The emotional moment of their return was a powerful reminder of the community spirit, showcasing how sometimes it truly takes a village to care for both children and pets.
