Color Trends in Fashion: From Purple to Chocolate Mousse
Last year, the Fall 2025 runways were dominated by shades of purple—from grape and aubergine to lilac and lavender. Designers like Marc Jacobs, Prabal Gurung, Luar, and Michael Kors showcased this vibrant hue. As the season progressed, purple remained a favorite but was joined by trending shades such as amber, mint green, and currant red.
Fast forward to 2023, and Jennifer Lopez is making waves with a new color trend: chocolate mousse. Recently, she wowed onlookers at Milan Fashion Week with a stunning brown ensemble, before attending the Stella McCartney Spring/Summer 2027 ready-to-wear show in Paris, where her outfit exemplified old-money elegance.

Lopez opted for a sharp-shouldered, suit-inspired midi dress paired with a luxurious fur stole. Her look was completed with caramel croc-skin slingbacks and espresso-hued accessories, including a chic leather belt and a matching furry pouch.

Adding a unique touch, she wore a vintage birdcage veil adorned with small polka dots—a bold choice that only J.Lo could pull off seamlessly.
