Skydance Leadership Updates
Skydance’s president, Andy Gordon, has reinforced leadership within key areas beyond the TV and film sectors, specifically in games, experiences, products and publishing, HR, and global operations.
In a recent memo to staff, which was shared with Variety, Gordon outlined new appointments:
- Tony Driscoll: President of games and experiences, while also overseeing corporate strategy and development.
- Josh Silverman: President of global products and publishing.
- Jim Sterner: Chief people officer, continuing to lead HR operations.
- Jose Turkienicz: President of global operations, focused on streamlining processes to expedite the market readiness of new ideas.
- Jeff Silberman: Chief of staff to Gordon, also serving as executive vice president of corporate strategy.
Gordon emphasized the importance of these roles in Skydance’s strategy to engage fans across both physical and digital realms, stating, “We’re investing in our future growth engines alongside our core ambitions in TV, Film, and direct-to-consumer: Games, Experiences, Consumer Products, and Publishing.”
