Barker, a long-time vegetarian, shares his reasons for adopting a meat-free lifestyle, stating, “I’ve always loved animals and I never liked the taste of meat.” His collaboration with the organization stems from a shared mission, encouraging pet adoption and the use of cruelty-free products. His vegan wellness company, Barker Wellness, aligns with these values.
He emphasizes his commitment to animal advocacy by showcasing how notable designers are creating vegan clothing and sneakers for him, including an upcoming all-vegan collaboration with VANS. Barker is dedicated to supporting vegan restaurants, reflecting on his experiences dining at them with his family.
