Big Changes Coming to Bradley University
PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley University has announced a significant $25 million plan to revamp its student housing, marking the largest investment in dormitories in decades.
University President James Shadid stated, “At Bradley, we have always evolved to meet the needs of our students while remaining grounded in our mission and values. These investments reflect our commitment to providing students with modern living and learning environments that support academic success, foster community, and prepare Bradley for generations to come.”
The highlight of this project will be a complete transformation of Harper Hall, which will be redesigned to feature suite-style rooms and private bathrooms—aligning with the contemporary living preferences of students.
Construction is set to begin this fall, with an expected completion date in fall 2028. Additionally, Wyckoff Hall will be demolished to create more green space on campus.
Residents in the area should anticipate increased construction activity as Bradley embarks on upgrades to dining facilities, dormitories, and recreational spaces.
