Paragon Tap & Table has reinvented itself with a fresh Italian-inspired menu under the leadership of Chef Eric LeVine, known for his win on Chopped. The gastropub, now called Paragon American + Italian Gastropub, reopened on September 10 at 77 Central Ave, featuring creative dishes like a shareable giant meatball, chicken Parmesan Benedict, and breakfast pasta during brunch.
The revamp also includes a new beverage program with innovative cocktails and craft beers. Co-owners Purvi and Akik Shah expressed their desire to enhance the restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere while giving it a significant upgrade. Chef LeVine, who helped establish the original Paragon concept in 2014, is excited to lead this new direction after an eight-year absence.
