Indri Trini
Indian whisky is gaining recognition on the global stage. Although India is the largest consumer of Scotch, only a small fraction of whisky sales are Scotch; most consist of locally produced whiskies aimed at the home market. However, the demand for premium Indian single malts is on the rise, with many now making their way beyond India’s borders.
Indri is a notable brand, named after the five senses in Sanskrit, that uses locally sourced barley from Rajasthan. The Trini, which translates to ‘three woods,’ is matured in three different cask types—ex-bourbon, ex-French red wine, and ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry. Expect rich notes of tropical fruit, honeycomb, and caramel, interlaced with malty biscuits, citrus zest, and cardamom.
Rum
Black Tot Historic Solera
Inspired by British Navy rum, Black Tot commemorates the tradition of sailors receiving daily rum rations, a practice that ended on July 31, 1970—now known as Black Tot Day. This exceptional blend incorporates rums from Barbados, Guyana, and Jamaica, delivering a rich and complex character.
