Starting Monday, March 2, these open workout sessions will take place every school day from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. This is a fantastic opportunity for students in grades 9-12 of the City School District of Albany to engage in a variety of exercises designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
You’ll find the weight room located in room 3128 and the fitness room in room 3160, both equipped to facilitate a range of workouts. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, everyone is invited to join in and make the most of these sessions.
