To help navigate these choices, The Vitamin Shoppe has launched The Suppies, an awards program that acknowledges excellence in supplement development. How were the winners determined? “We prioritize supplements that are firmly supported by scientific research,” states Paul Kita, deputy editor at Men’s Health, emphasizing the significance of third-party certifications.
However, taste is equally crucial, especially for those new to the protein scene. Kita recommends trying Clean Simple Eats Pink Burst Clear Protein. “It’s fruity and just sweet enough, and its translucent appearance makes it feel fresh without the heavy aftertaste associated with dairy,” he explains.
